Право Собственности Оао «Газпром» На Объекты Единой Системы Газоснабжения

Abstract

В данной статье анализируется содержание положений Конституции РФ 1993 года об «иных» нежели государственная, частная и муниципальная форма собственности. По мнению автора, к таковым относится частная собственность государства. Автор высказывает мнение о принадлежности Единой Системы Газоснабжения ОАО «Газпром» именно на праве частной собственности государства. Учитывая постепенный пересмотр понятия юрисдикционного иммунитета государственной собственности, развитие гражданского законодательства в данном направлении нецелесообразно
