Обеспечение Качества Жизни Населения При Строительстве В Нормах Муниципального Права Великобритании (Вестминстерский Кодекс Строительной Практики)

Abstract

Государственное регулирование градостроительной деятельности призвано минимизировать негативные последствия строительной деятельности. При этом нормативное регулирование, обеспечивающее предотвращение таких негативных воздействий должно относиться к полномочиям органов местного самоуправления. В городе Вестминстер (Великобритания) действует Кодекс строительной практики. В нем установлены стандарты и процедуры для предупреждения экологического воздействия при строительстве крупных проектов, которые обязательны для соблюдения разработчиком или подрядчиком при проведении ими строительных работ.
