Abstract

в статье проанализированы особенности реализации права заказчика и исполнителя от договора возмездного оказания консалтинговой услуги. Делается акцент на то, что отказ от исполнения договора возмездного оказания услуги не связан с нарушением сторонами обязательств по нему. Рассматриваются вопросы расторжения договора в случае нарушения одной из сторон закрепленных обязанностей.
