Abstract

В рыночной экономике инновации становятся решающим фактором конкурентоспособности страны, устойчивого экономического роста и повышения уровня жизни населения. Инновации способны обеспечивать выпуск конкурентоспособной продукции, выход на мировой рынок и стимулировать устойчивый рост национального дохода. Экономический рост, основанный на достижениях науки, новых технологических решениях, может вызвать существенный толчок в совершенствовании отраслевой структуры производства и воздействовать на достижение высокого технологического уровня, что вызовет повышение производительности труда, качества продукции, расширит сферу услуг, снизит издержки производства, а также создаст новые высокотехнологичные отрасли индустрии.
