Национальные Инновационные Системы: Зарубежный Опыт

Abstract

Сегодня эффективно функционирующая национальная инновационная система (НИС) – залог успешного социально-экономического развития любого государства. Только посредством реализации тщательно продуманной государственной политики в области инновационного развития и тесного взаимодействия элементов НИС, государство может сделать качественный скачок в своем развитии и занять достойные позиции в мировой экономики. Особенности исторического развития и современные условия накладывают определенный отпечаток на формирование инновационной политики в стране. В данной статье автор рассматривает два основных подхода к ее развитию и анализирует наиболее успешные в инновационном развитии страны.
