Abstract

Становление креативной экономики происходит на основе системообразующего промышленного ядра, вокруг которого развивается расширяющийся эффективный слой постиндустриальных видов хозяйственной деятельности. Поэтому при определении эффективности различных вариантов промышленного развития создание высокой валовой добавленной стоимости не может выступать приоритетным критерием. Основным критерием эффективности промышленности должна стать ее способность обеспечивать рабочие места и доходы населения в длинных воспроизводственных цепочках
