Зарубежный Опыт Регулирования Прав На Результаты Интеллектуальной Деятельности

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ зарубежного опыта регулирования прав на результаты интеллектуальной деятельности. В частности, изучается опыт США в рамках закона Байя-Доула и Европейского Союза в рамках Соглашения по торговым аспектам прав интеллектуальной собственности, а также особенности последствия вступления России в Всемирную торговую организацию и необходимость приведения законодательства России в части вопросов по управлению интеллектуальной собственностью в соответствие в нормами ТРИПС. Автором проводится исследование порядка использования доходов от интеллектуальной собственности в странах ЕС.
