Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению основных направлений инновационного развития национальной экономики на основе согласованного стратегического управления с использованием принципов рынка и государственного регулирования. Автором предлагаются эффективные механизмы управления инновационными процессами в развитии экономики с учетом особенностей инновационной политики, проводимой в России.
