Некоторые Аспекты Наступления Уголовной Ответственности За Плагиат

Abstract

Вопрос о защите интеллектуальной собственности в Российской Федерации является злободневным. Анализ судебно следственной практики свидетельствует о том, что рост правонарушений в этой сфере, в частности в области авторского права, является несовершенство уголовного законодательства. В настоящей статье автор анализирует проблемы, связанные с привлечением к уголовной ответственности за плагиат, на основании действующего гражданского, уголовного законодательства, судебной практики.
