Abstract

Статья посвящена одному из основных и неотъемлемых прав человека праву на объединение. В статье автором сформулированы понятия «право на объединение» и «общественное объединение». В их основу положены различные взгляды ученых, нормы международного права и действующего российского законодательства. Рассмотрены такие основные принципы создания и деятельности общественных объединений как принцип добровольности, равноправия, самоуправления, законности, свободы, гласности. Автором уточнены цели и задачи общественных объединений, которые должны быть общественно полезными и направленными на реализацию функций государства, защиту прав и свобод граждан, формирование правового и демократического государства. Выделены такие характерные черты общественных объединений как членство, наличие внутренней структуры, организационное единство.
