Последствия Невыполнения Решений Совета Безопасности Оон В Урегулировании Ближневосточного Кризиса

Abstract

6 октября 1973 г. на Ближнем Востоке возобновились военные действия. Отсутствие прогресса на пути достижения ближневосточного урегулирования привело к арабо-израильской войне 1973 г. В связи с этим Совет Безопасности ООН принял резолюцию № 338, которая предусматривала немедленное прекращение огня и всех военных действий не позже чем в течение 12 часов с момента принятия настоящего решения, с оставлением войск на занимаемых ими позициях. Разработку и осуществление конкретной программы мирного урегулирования ближневосточного кризиса на основе резолюции № 242 и 338 была призвана обеспечить мирная конференция по Ближнему Востоку.
