О Профилактике Преступной Деятельности И Профилактическом Значении Наказания За Неё (На Примере Наказания За Разбой)

Abstract

В настоящее время внимание общественности акцентировалось на вопросах усиления-смягчения наказаний за преступления. По результатам проведенного исследования авторы пришли к выводу, что наиболее актуальным вопросом реализации уголовного наказания лиц, совершающих систематические и наиболее тяжкие корыстно-насильственные преступления является не какая-то мифическая гуманизация наказания или перевоспитание, а защита всех остальных граждан, ограждение общества от «привычных» и «профессиональных» уголовников на максимально продолжительный срок, что подтверждает зарубежный опыт.
