Abstract

В условиях динамических социальных изменений в мировой практике управления все в большей мере утверждается инновационный метод освоения социального пространства его технологизация. Социальные технологии и выступают как интеллектуальный наукоемкий ресурс, использование которого позволяет не только изучить и предсказать различные социальные перемены, но и активно влиять на практическую жизнь, получать эффективный прогнозируемый социальный результат. В данной статье рассмотрены значение и возможности социальных технологий в формировании социально-экономического базиса для развития сферы услуг.
