Abstract

Сегодня формируется система экономических, финансовых, материальных и других стимулов, оказывающих необходимую поддержку субъектам малого предпринимательства. Одной из важнейших задач предпринимательства является ориентация на решение приоритетных социально-экономических и экологических проблем региона. Для выработки и совершенствования региональной политики в области малого предпринимательства необходим анализ особенностей становления и развития малого бизнеса в регионе.Today, a system of economic, financial, material and other incentives, providing necessary support to small businesses. One of the biggest challenges of entrepreneurship is a focus on addressing priority socio-economic and environmental problems in the region. To develop and improve regional policy in the field of small business requires an analysis of characteristics of the formation and development of small businesses in the region.
