Abstract

Качественное и эффективное управление трансакционными издержками проекта подразумевает комплексный подход к процессу оценки возможных потерь обусловленных трансакциями, а также их систематизация и оценка. Процесс оценки такого рода издержек достаточно сложный, что обусловлено отсутствием единого подхода к измерению трансакционных издержек. В статье дается понятие и классификация трансакционных издержек проекта. Представлены способы выявления трансакционных издержек на разных этапах проекта и методы их снижения с целью эффективного управления стоимостью проекта.
