Влияние Государственного Участия В Акционерном Капитале На Эффективность Компаний На Развивающихся Рынках Капитала

Abstract

Данный обзор построен на основе одной из популярных на сегодняшний день концепции корпоративных финансов финансовая архитектура. Так как существует ограниченное число эмпирических работ, посвященных изучению государственного участия в акционерном капитале, в статье проведен обзор теоретических работ, посвященных как влиянию структуры собственности на результаты деятельности компании, так и особенностям государственного участия в капитале компаний. Проведен сравнительный анализ степени такого влияния для компаний разных стран.
