Abstract

В данной статье представлены результаты исследования взаимосвязи между инсайдерской собственностью и инвестиционной эффективностью компаний на развивающихся рынках, измеренной с помощью показателя маржинальной Q Тобина. Тестируемая модель ориентирована на разделение эффекта богатства и эффекта окапывания в отношении влияния на эффективность инвестиций, а также в выявлении основных детерминантов, определяющих эффективность инвестиций совместно с инсайдерской собственностью. Исследование было проведено на выборке 162 компаний Бразилии, России, Индии и ЮАР за период 2009-2012 гг.
