Оценка оптимальной структуры капитала компаний md Medical Group и x5 Retail Group

Abstract

В статье определяется оптимальная структура капитала для двух публичных российских компаний MD Medical Group Investments PLC и X5 Retail Group N.V. и проводится ее сравнение с фактической. Для анализа используются методы средневзвешенных затрат на капитал (WACC) и операционной прибыли. В ходе работы было выявлено, что у MD Medical Group структура капитала близка к оптимальной, тогда как у X5 Retail Group уровень долговой нагрузки чрезмерен. При принятии решений менеджмент MD Medical Group руководствовался концепцией порядка выбора источников финансирования, тогда как на принятие решений в X5 Retail Group оказал влияние агентский конфликт. Изучив новости, связанные с компаниями, мы сделали предположение, что структура капитала MD Medical Group будет поддерживаться на оптимальном уровне, а X5 Retail Group чрезмерный уровень долго станет постепенно снижаться.
