Abstract

Статья содержит обзор эмпирических исследований, посвященных взаимосвязи инвестиционных и дивидендных решений компании. Рассмотренные научные работы систематизированы по проверяемым гипотезам и изучаемым выборкам (развитые и развивающиеся рынки капитала). Выделены особенности развивающихся рынков капитала, которые оказывают влияние на связь инвестиционных и дивидендных решений.
