Abstract

В последнее время популярной темой стал анализ работы советов директоров российских компаний. При этом зачастую не учитывается обширная лучшая практика в этих вопросах, накопленная в мире, и многие направления анализа упускаются или получают неполную интерпретацию. В то же время российские компании зачастую не замечают возможности существенного улучшения представления и работы их Советов директоров, которые легко реализуются на практике и могут привести к существенному росту качества корпоративного управления в глазах инвесторов и акционеров, а следовательно, откроют перспективы роста стоимости и капитализации российских компаний. Данная статья является второй из статей, посвященных анализу совета директоров компаний.
