Abstract

В этой статье предложен обзор работ, представленных в 2011 году на конференциях и международных семинарах, посвященных корпоративному управлению, в Европе. Особый акцент сделан на тенденции изучения корпоративного управления и его влияния на эффективность компаний в развивающихся странах. В статье также подробно освещаются современные теоретические подходы к корпоративному управлению, вызвавшие дискуссии в 2011 году.
