Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основы управления финансами в отельном бизнесе и предлагаются рекомендации по применению зарубежного опыта во внедрении системы управленческого учета, показателей эффективности бизнеса, анализа расходов и ценообразования с учетом особенностей и сложностей отельного бизнеса.
