Использование Методов Прогнозирования В Бюджетном Процессе (На Примере Бюджета Иркутской Области)

Abstract

В статье проведен комплексный обзор подходов к моделированию оптимальной структуры капитала компании на примере ОАО «Сильвинит». Сначала был проведен краткий обзор компании и особенностей отрасли, описана методика выбора компаниианалога. На следующем этапе пошагово описано практическое применение моделей затрат на капитал (WACC), соотношения прибыли до выплаты процентов и налогов и прибыли на акцию компании (EBIT-EPS), метод операционной прибыли. С помощью метода МонтеКарло продемонстрировано как постепенное увеличение финансового рычага влияет на выплаты налогов, процентов по долгу и риск дефолта компании. В заключении полученные в результате использования различных подходов выводы были соотнесены с текущей структурой капитала компании ОАО «Сильвинит».
