Abstract

Повышенное внимание к налогообложению и его влиянию на эффективность финансово-хозяйственной деятельности является характерной актуальной проблемой для современных российских предприятий, стремящихся к открытости, к выходу на фондовый рынок и соответствию международным стандартам. В этой связи представляется интересным рассмотреть возможность заимствования зарубежной практики по вопросам внедрения налогового администрирования в систему управления организацией. В настоящей работе проводится анализ практики организации налоговых отделов и реализации функций налогового менеджмента в российских и зарубежных компаниях. На основе проведенного исследования отмечены перспективы развития корпоративного налогового менеджмента в России.
