Abstract

Представленные в данном обзоре работы объединяет проблематика развития корпоративного управления. Авторы, с одной стороны, охарактеризовали достижения и недостатки существующей практики, а с другой представили на обсуждение собственное видение того, как система корпоративного управления решает главную задачу по минимизации агентских издержек. Многие исследования свидетельствуют о том, что хорошее корпоративное управление приводит к увеличению стоимости компаний. Однако механизм влияния корпоративного управления на стоимость до конца не изучен. Авторы обращаются к вопросу об управлении нефинансовыми рисками и отмечают важность построения эффективной системы взаимодействия со всеми стейкхолдерами.
