Abstract

Корпоративное управление является частью финансовой архитектуры компании, в которой объединены структура собственности, механизмы внутрикорпоративного контроля. Тематический блок «Финансовая архитектура компании и механизмы корпоративного управления: теоретические рамки анализа» на Второй Международной конференции «Корпоративное управление и устойчивое развитие бизнеса: стратегические роли советов директоров» был представлен несколькими докладами. Основные идеи представленных докладов рассматриваются в данном блоке обзора дискуссий конференции.
