Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы, связанные с решением арктической проблемы России. Ключевым фактором здесь является адаптация к мировой проблеме №1 этого столетия -- глобальному изменению климата. Кратко изложены пути решения проблемы и сопутствующие препятствия. Показано, что в сфере международного взаимодействия в Арктике сложилась парадоксальная ситуация: с одной стороны, между странами растет конкуренция за право решения арктических проблем, с другой -- такое решение невозможно осуществить в одиночку. Особенно это касается сферы охраны окружающей среды: иное отношение к ее защите может обернуться «не глобальными преимуществами, а глобальными проблемами».
