Abstract

В этой статье рассматриваются вопросы масштабов и глубины распространения государственного капитализма и госпредприятий в мире и исследуется экономическое значение этого процесса. Особое внимание уделяется участию государства в капитале корпораций в форме владения акциями или предоставления кредитных ресурсов как отличительной черты государственного капитализма. В настоящее время госкапитализм представляет собой значительно более продвинутую форму по сравнению с прошлым в трех аспектах. Во-первых, он развивается на гораздо более широком базисе. Во-вторых, темпы его развития ускоряются. И в-третьих, у него в распоряжении находятся более эффективные инструменты роста.
