Abstract

Экономические потрясения, которые могут прийти В Россию извне, будут иметь довольно тяжелые последствия в нашей стране с точки зрения управления. Социальные проблемы могут возникнуть не из-за отсутствия денег, а из-за рассогласованности системы управления. В администрации президента фактически создано параллельное правительство.А внутри самого кабинета министров четко обозначился конфликт между социальным блоком и финансово- экономическим.Economic shocksthat may cometo Russiafrom the outside,will havequiteserious consequences toour countryin terms of governance.
