Abstract

Данная статья посвящена вопросу изменения подходов к бизнес-этике и необходимости введения предмета бизнес-этики нового формата в российских вузах. В статье проведены обзор исторического и религиозного развития этики и анализ различий православного и англосаксонского протестантского этических учений. Современное постхристианское западное общество и бизнес-сообщество потеряли нравственные ориентиры. Большинство людей привержено философии гедонизма, который является основополагающим учением сатанизма. Российские компании должны стремиться к созданию этического позиционирования, основанного на лучших традициях дореволюционного российского предпринимательства, православной этике, а также самого эффективного опыта мировых компаний в разработке корпоративных стратегий социальной ответственности. Только такой подход к корпоративной социальной ответственности позволит остановить деградацию современного общества.
