Abstract

Россия стала одним из ведущих экспортеров ПИИ в мире. При этом лишь треть накопленной суммы экспортированных российских ПИИ осуществили «классические» ТНК. Значительная часть ПИИ приходится на капиталовложения россиян в зарубежную недвижимость и другие компоненты. Однако именно ведущие ТНК определяют облик российской зарубежной экспансии. В основном для российских ТНК характерны традиционные мотивы осуществления ПИИ (прежде всего расширение сбыта и обеспечение доступа к ресурсам), хотя есть и своя специфика: например, стремление олигархов застраховать капиталы от политических рисков, улучшить свой имидж или увеличить переговорную силу.
