Abstract

В статье в качестве главной посылки констатируется, что страны Балтии находятся на пороге политических и экономических перемен, обусловленных процессами, пробужденными мировым кризисом 2008-2010 годов и кризисом в зоне евро. Складывающаяся в Прибалтике ситуация, в частности, обесценивание большинства активов и поиск Прибалтийскими республиками источников дополнительного финансирования побуждают провести уточнение перспектив российских инвестиций в этот подрегион. На данном этапе наиболее очевидными представляются инвестиции в область энергетики, образование, рынок капиталов, розничную торговлю. Предлагаются конкретные варианты инвестирования в названные сферы, которые не замыкаются на отдельных объектах, а предусматривают масштабный подход, обеспечивающий прибыль на перспективу и в рамках всей Прибалтики. Дополнительный потенциал деятельности российского бизнеса в странах Балтии видится в заимствовании успешного западного опыта прямых инвестиций в Прибалтике.
