Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме инвестиций и инноваций в современной России. Автор считает, что подготовленная группой ученых программа «Стратегия социально-экономического развития 2020» не позволяет решить проблему ускоренного роста экономики. По мнению автора, в настоящее время в первую очередь следует говорить о необходимости индустриализации страны, основанной на историческом опыте Российской империи и СССР. В статье предложен алгоритм изменения механизма госуправления, необходимого для решения стоящих перед страной задач.
