Институционализация Социальных Стандартов Качества Потребительских Благ (На Примере Пищевых Продуктов)

Abstract

Статья посвящена развитию методологии институционального проектирования качества потребительских благ в русле экономических и социологических теорий. Автором освещается зависимость качества потребительских благ от уровней организации социального порядка, процессов его установления и способов координации деятельности экономических агентов. Разрешение теоретических противоречий между методологическими подходами, возникающих вокруг объяснения данной зависимости, стало возможным за счет обращения к принципам методологического институционализма. Рассмотрение конвенций качества потребительских благ, с точки зрения поддерживающих их целостность и развитие институтов и объяснение процесса конвенционального конструирования в терминах институциональной структуры, позволило дополнить методологию институционального проектирования концепцией институционализации. В статье развивается экономико-социологическая точка зрения на природу качества потребительских благ и предлагается модель институционализации социальных стандартов качества потребительских благ.
