Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности функционирования различных сегментов рынка жилой недвижимости, проводится идентификация его типов рыночных структур, исследуются организация рынка и виды трансакций на нем, анализируются формы предконтрактного и постконтрактного оппортунизма на рынке жилья.
