Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены некоторые недостатки официальных оценок нормы личных сбережений и предлагается метод корректировки этих оценок. Скорректированные данные позволяют по-новому взглянуть на накопленные сбережения населения и на возможность использования их для финансирования экономического подъема в России.
