Структура Акционерного Капитала И Результаты Деятельности Фирм В России

Abstract

На основе панельных данных за 1995-1997 гг. в статье исследуется влияние структуры акционерного капитала на результаты деятельности нефинансовых приватизированных предприятий России, входящих в группу "голубых фишек" фондового рынка. Рассматриваются два основных вопроса: как концентрация собственности воздействует на показатели деятельности предприятий и какова роль различных групп собственников в корпоративном управлении. Для измерения результатов деятельности фирм используются три показателя: производительность труда, рентабельность и Q Тобина. Исследование показывает, что влияние концентрации собственности на результаты деятельности компаний, входящих в выборку, неоднозначно. В частности, не обнаружено подтверждений того, что концентрация собственности влияет на такой показатель эффективности предприятий, как производительность труда. Проведенный анализ рентабельности и капитализации компаний позволяет поднять ряд важных вопросов о распределении прибыли среди акционеров. Результаты свидетельствуют о том, что издержки концентрации собственности превышают связанные с ней выгоды. Это означает, что концентрация собственности сопряжена со значительной экспроприацией мелких акционеров. Анализ отдельных групп собственников показывает, что наличие иностранных акционеров улучшает результаты деятельности предприятий, измеряемые производительностью труда и Q Тобина.
