О Российской Экономической Науке Сквозь Призму Публикаций Российских Ученых В Отечественных И Зарубежных Журналах За 2000-2009 Гг

Abstract

В статье анализируется состояние современной экономической науки России с акцентом на роли российских журналов в распространении и накоплении научного знания. Сопоставлены важнейшие количественные характеристики основных российских и зарубежных журналов в области экономики. Предпринята попытка установить соответствие между импактфакторами Российского индекса научного цитирования (РИНЦ) и импакт-факторами баз данных Research Papers in Economics (RePEc) и Web of Science (WoS). С помощью базы данных EconLit проведен краткий анализ публикационной активности российских ученых-экономистов, которые по данным ряда внешних источников могут быть отнесены к числу наиболее активных исследователей, в зарубежных журналах. Основные выводы статьи невысокое качество российских журналов и их низкая востребованность в мировой экономической науке, малое число российских исследователей, активно публикующихся в зарубежных журналах, их сосредоточение в нескольких организациях, главным образом, РЭШ, ЦЭМИ РАН и НИУ ВШЭ. В целом проведенный анализ подтверждает широко распространенное мнение о медленном прогрессе российской экономической науки и ее до сих пор слабой интеграции в науку мировую.
