Оценки Структуры Использования Финансовых Ресурсов В Российской Экономике На Макроуровне

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу на макроуровне пропорций распределения финансовых ресурсов институциональных секторов (первичных доходов, поступлений из заграницы и заимствований) по элементам конечного использования в 1996-2008 гг. Оценки соответствующих потоков основаны на разработанной автором (совместно с Ершовым Э.Б.) модели, количественно описывающей взаимосвязи элементов валовой добавленной стоимости и конечного продукта. Иллюстрируется возможность использования полученных результатов для оценивания в рамках сценарного макроэкономического анализа предельных эффектов изменения структуры финансовых ресурсов на структуру конечных расходов и сбережений. Также предпринята попытка рассчитать с помощью указанных пропорций дефляторы элементов валовой добавленной стоимости.
