Abstract

Статья состоит из трех частей. В первой части кратко описывается возможное влияние природных ресурсов на экономический рост и ставится вопрос: является ли обилие природных ресурсов «благословением» или «проклятьем»? Во второй части делается попытка представить обзор результатов эмпирических исследований, относящихся к данному вопросу. В третьей части обсуждается опыт Норвегии третьего в мире экспортера нефти. В настоящее время Норвегия представляет собой страну, в которой в меньшей степени, чем в других странах, богатых природными ресурсами, проявляются симптомы голландской болезни.
