Abstract

Публикация завершает курс «Экономические основы антимонопольной политики: российская практика в контексте мирового опыта». В данном выпуске представлены лекции, посвященные анализу поведения доминирующей фирмы на рынке, а также правовым основам и практике выявления и пресечения злоупотребления доминирующим положением на рынке. В лекции 9 мы остановимся на экономических основах доминирования на рынке, рассмотрим факторы, которые могут обеспечить фирме доминирующее положение, а также модели, которые описывают поведение доминирующей фирмы и результаты реализации преимуществ доминирующей фирмы для рынка и общества в краткосрочном и долгосрочном периодах. В лекции 10 будет рассмотрена правовая основа и практика выявления и пресечения злоупотребления доминирующим положением фирм в России и США. Кроме того, мы остановимся на изменениях, которые произошли в нормативных основах регулирования поведения доминирующей фирмы в связи с принятием нового закона «О защите конкуренции» (2006 г.).
