Abstract

Исследуются граничные условия стабильного функционирования информационных систем, предназначенных для управленческой деятельности в организационных структурах массового обслуживания. При оценке используется аппарат интервалов занятости системы массового обслуживания с ожиданием. Предлагаемый подход направлен на решение проблемы минимизации производительных ресурсов, входящих в состав информационной системы предприятия.
