Интерпретация Подхода К Построению Услуги Посредника На Рынке Программных Продуктов

Abstract

Роль посреднических организаций, оказывающих услуги на ИТ-рынке возрастает на фоне прогрессирующих темпов создания прикладных программных продуктов. Деятельность посреднических организаций на рынке ПП заключается в предоставлении услуг. При этом трактовка понятия «услуга» и подходы к её построению не носят системного и структурированного характера. Многоплановость возможных вариантов построения услуги создает значительные трудности при моделировании и управлении процессами деятельности посредника на ИТ-рынке.
