Фактор Ценового Класса Выпуска: Новые Пути Исследования И Измерения Технологического Прогресса

Abstract

Измерение технологического прогресса одна из классических задач эконометрического анализа и стратегических исследований в широком смысле этого понятия. Фактор технологии рассматривается в рамках широкого класса эконометрических моделей, определяемых как производственные функции. Целью статьи является апробация нового подхода измерения вклада фактора технического прогресса в интегральный экономический результат путем введения в логику эконометрических моделей нового параметра ценового (капитального) класса выпуска. Анализируется связь эконометрических моделей с методами и моделями системной динамики, различными стратегиями имитационного и математического моделирования экономики и отраслей промышленности в РФ и других странах мира. Ставится задачи сблизить логику теоретических методов с практикой создания систем поддержки принятия решений. (Функция Кобба-Дугласа рассматривается как важный инструмент стратегического анализа.
