Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможности и особенности применения сервисно-ориентированного подхода для описания услуг аутсорсинга, предоставляемых центрами обработки данных (ЦОД). Использование моделей сервисов позволит улучшить взаимодействие с заказчиками за счет формализованного и понятного представления услуг ЦОД, обеспечит методическую основу для оперативного и гибкого формирования необходимых заказчикам бизнес-процессов.
