Abstract

В работе рассматривается методология эмпирического исследования влияния информационных технологий (ИТ) на производительность российского предприятия. В центре исследования два вопроса: факторы, определяющие ИТ-бюджет российского предприятия, и влияние вложений в ИТ на производительность последнего. Ответ на первый вопрос строится на основе регрессионного анализа бюджетов российских предприятий, ответ на второй вопрос — на основе построения производственных функций российских предприятий, включающих накопленный ИТ-капитал в качестве одного из параметров. Рассматриваются также источники данных для такого исследования в условиях России.
