Abstract

В статье рассматривается реализация на уровне законодательства принципа технологической нейтральности. Мировое сообщество на всех уровнях поднимает вопрос о необходимости и важности использования и раскрытия данного принципа при построении современного информационного общества. От реализации данного принципа зависит дальнейшее технологическое развитие всех государств. Но, несмотря на понимание важности, все еще существуют проблемы законодательного уровня, в том числе и в РФ.
