Abstract

Выдвигается и обосновывается концепция инновационного развития регионального масс-медийного комплекса (РММК) в условиях информационного общества. Изучаются условия формирования и развития регионального информационно-коммуникационного медиапространства (ИКМП). Формулируется задача создания информационно-аналитического Интернет-портала РММК как ключевого системообразующего элемента инновационной инфраструктуры ИКМП. Рассматриваются методологические основы построения интеллектуальной системы управления инновационным развитием РММК на базе портала РММК.
