Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы оценки зрелости бизнес-процессов организации. Определяется метод оценки зрелости организации с иерархической структурой, основанный на известной модели BPMM. Разработанный метод, позволяет организации самостоятельно количественно оценить зрелость бизнес-процессов. Представлен подход к автоматизации метода.
