Abstract

Проанализированы "работные сайты" как информационные посредники с целью определения их места и назначения в системе отношений по трудоустройству. Рассмотрены основные проблемы правового регулирования: отсутствие понятия "информационные посредники" в законодательстве, двойственность позиций относительно авторского права на резюме.
